The term “Complainant” refers to anyone who discloses having been subjected to sex discrimination, which includes sexual assault/misconduct, sexual exploitation, relationship violence, stalking, sexual or gender-based harassment, or retaliation.

Accused / Respondents Accused / Respondents

The term “Respondent” refers to any UCF student, registered student organization, employee, or third-party who has been accused of sex discrimination, which includes sexual assault/misconduct, sexual exploitation, relationship violence, stalking, sexual or gender-based harassment, or retaliation.
